Lomanco® Foundation Vents
Foundation vents are used to keep crawlspaces dry and allow light to enter. When moisture build-up is reduced, so are the chances of termite damage and mold. On many occasions, attics are properly ventilated and the foundation is completely forgotten.
Lomanco provides a complete line of foundation vents. Lomanco Foundation Vents are available in Plastic and All-Aluminum Construction. Foundation vents come in several different styles—shutter style, hinged louver style, and with a damper for tight closure.
Common Features
Lomanco® Foundation Vents are designed with an 8×8 perma-coated aluminum screen attached and are engineered for maximum venting capacity while providing maximum weather protection. That is the “Lomanco Balance.” Most vents are available in the standard concrete block size—16” x 8”.
Lomanco® Model 199 and J209
- Polypropylene plastic.
- Easy working 2-slide shutter.
- J209 is larger in height to fit King and Queen Bricks.
Lomanco® Model 189
- All-aluminum construction.
- Three hinged louvers.
- Embossed painted finish, available in black and brown, adds strength, extended paint life, and durability.
- 189G is available in galvanized mill finish only.
Lomanco® Model 2711, 2712
- Extruded aluminum construction.
- Deep louvered blades.
- Overlapping top and bottom.
- 2711 replaces a single brick.
- 2712 replaces a double brick.
Lomanco® Model 142, 142F
- All-aluminum construction.
- Two-slide shutter for maximum ventilation.
- Self-framed on all sides.
- 142F flush mount with pre-punched holes for ease of installation.
- 142F used as replacement of existing block vents, mobile home skirting, and portable buildings.
